It can be hard being Autistic and seeing all of the complex systems, developing an elegant solution, only to discover there was an easier, faster way to do something. however, this doesn’t have to be a existential crisis – it can be an excellent opportunity to learn and discover.
Everyone has bad experiences in their jobs. Turning those bad experiences into good practices makes you more marketable, dependable, and consistent. Here are a few ways my bad experiences have helped me.
